Can you do a multi-country ServiceNow implementation fully remotely? Without seeing a customer or even team members at all?
The answer is YES, we have done it multiple times in the last several years, especially after the COVID pandemic.
However, it’s always great to have in-person team meetings – you share knowledge, build relationships, and become a stronger team for now and in the future. This is also how life and work get integrated, and a sense of purpose and friendship is nurtured.
