Retail Service Management (RSM) is targeted for headquarter users (to solve issues raised by the stores)
Retail Operations (RO) offers site-based licensing and is targeted for users inside one retail site (store).
They both use a ServiceNow retail data model and are built on top of CSM (Customer Service Management) suite.
Products include back-end operational functionality, as well as BLSP (Business Location Support Portal), which is targeted for a store view and allows to:
- Get a 360º view of a business location.
- Add and manage store staff members.
- Submit cases against the location or install base items deployed at the store.
- Access Knowledge Base articles and engage with the community.
