We’re happy to share that our team attended the World Forum London 2025 – the UK edition of ServiceNow’s major enterprise technology conference – on 15 October 2025 in London. We returned inspired, energised and full of insights 💡🤩.
For us, attending offered a good chance to:
- Hear from visionaries and customers who are reshaping how organisations deliver work and services through AI.
- Take part in hands-on labs and demos – not just listening, but doing.
- Connect with peers, partners and the broader community to exchange real world lessons.
The event was all about AI, “put AI to work” being the main keyword all across conference sessions, presentations, booths and labs. So our main take aways are:
- AI at scale is now a reality 🌐 ✨
The messaging throughout was clear: AI is no longer just an experiment. Just 18 months ago, there were no AI agents on the platform. Now, companies like Rolls-Royce report reducing support cases by up to 40% with the help of AI agents. Organisations showcased how they’re running AI agents, automating workflows and embedding intelligence across their operations. - Workflows as the new competitive edge ⚙️
A recurring theme: it’s not enough to have great technology – you need the right workflows and processes. The ServiceNow platform is the backbone, but the value comes when workflows are re-imagined for speed, agility and user experience. - Community matters 🧑🤝🧑 🤝
Hearing how others overcame hurdles (culture, change management, data maturity) was just as valuable as the technical content. We left with a richer network of contacts, and a sharpened view of how to engage our clients and evolve our practices.
