Out-of-the-box ServiceNow comes with a default theme called Polaris. It’s nice. ServiceNow platform designers spent significant effort to make users happy.
However, you sometimes want the tool to match your branding – colors, logo, font, etc.
There are several ways to customize ServiceNow theming:
👉 You can adjust specific elements by customizing/overriding style (colors, typography, logo, etc.);
👉 Or you can create a variant of the theme on your own (e.g. dark theme, or a theme for a specific department).
👉 However, the easiest way to start theming is to use ServiceNow Theme Builder 💪.
