- Week 2: Demand Management
- Week 3: Project & Finance Management
- Week4: Portfolio Management – Strategic / Portfolio Planning
- Week 5: Resource Management & Time writing
- Week 6: Reporting, Project Reports, Notifications
- Week 7: AI in SPM & Graduation
The Academy will feature expert-led presentations, discussions and interactive exercises based on real-life client use cases, focusing on practical implementation approaches that we took while implementing SPM for various customers.
Participants will engage in hands-on in-class exercises, take-home assignments, and collaborative problem-solving sessions designed to reinforce learning and enable immediate application in real business scenarios.
The Academy runs for 7 weeks, with in-person and online classes held once a week after working hours (after 17:00) plus homework preparations. It is expected learners will commit 4-5 hours of time each week. More details will be provided closer to the start date to the registered participants.
