A multinational, operating in 20+ countries, with physical data centers as well as cloud-based resources, is starting to use ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery & ITOM visibility for their IT Service Management.
In the end-to-end implementation our scope included:

π Deploying the Service Graph Connector for data sources, such as Tanium and SolarWinds, to collect enterprise infrastructure components as secondary sources.
π Developing a custom integration with Intune using the Microsoft Graph API to import end-user devices, including computers and mobile devices.
π Automating data population on configuration items, such as device location, support groups, and change groups, to enhance the efficiency of the change management process.
π Establishing a Configuration Management governance process to maintain CMDB health throughout the CI lifecycle.
